Shipping Policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1) Domestic Shipping
All deliveries expected to be received generally within -5 business days (depending on shipping purchased at time of check out). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All orders placed on Friday - Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday. All orders placed Monday-Thursday before will ship out an estimated 24-48 hours after the order is placed.
*DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASONS SHIPPING DELAYS WILL BE EXPECTED. SHIPPING AND ORIGINAL DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE DELAYED, SHIPPING TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON*
2) Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery date is NOT guaranteed. The shipping carrier estimate does not take into account 24-48 hours to process the order. Once the order has been processed, it will then ship out.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur for shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Stache Products ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses
3) Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4) Damages
Stache Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
5) International Shipping Policy
Please expect shipping delays for International orders.
International shipping estimated price and transit times varies depending on carrier, Stache Products is not responsible for any packages lost during transit or for any packages seized or held by customs of any country/territory
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Stache Products is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
