Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Stache!

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

1) Domestic Shipping

 All deliveries expected to be received generally within -5 business days (depending on shipping purchased at time of check out). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

All orders placed on Mondays will be shipped out on Tuesdays. All orders placed on Tuesdays will be shipped on Wednesdays, and so on. All orders will be picked up by the carrier or dropped off at the carriers location the day after the order is place. Only on Fridays will orders will be taken to the carriers the same day they are ordered. Any orders placed on Friday's on or after 4:00pm EST-Monday at 4:00pm will be shipped on Tuesday.

 *DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASONS SHIPPING DELAYS MAYBE EXPECTED. SHIPPING AND ORIGNIAL DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE DELAYED, SHIPPING TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON*

 2) Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Delivery delays can occasionally occur for shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Stache Products ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses

 

3) Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties and Taxes Stache Products is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

 

4) Damages

Stache Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

5) International Shipping Policy

International shipping estimated price and transit times varies depending on carrier, Stache Products is not responsible for any packages lost during transit or for any packages seized or held by customs of any country/territory
